- TeleTraff processes account, technical, payment and operational data needed for the panel, security and support.
- Telegram session assets, proxies, targets, jobs and artifacts belong to the relevant workspace data boundary.
- Data requests are accepted only through @telegainCS; minimal records may be retained for security, disputes and legal requirements.
1. Scope
This Policy describes data processing by the website, panel, API and related functions provided under the TeleTraff brand. By using the service, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and will provide only data they have the right to provide and process.
The only public contact for privacy questions and user-rights requests is @telegainCS.
2. Technical and account data
TeleTraff may process username, email, Telegram ID, roles, subscription, workspace, sign-in and acceptance history, IP address, browser and device information, language, cookies and local storage, and request, error, security and public-page interaction logs.
Passwords are stored as strong hashes. Panel sessions, security events and audit records are used for authorization, abuse prevention and incident investigation.
3. Telegram and operational data
For operations selected by the user, TeleTraff may store phone numbers, Telegram IDs and usernames, session assets and authorization keys, 2FA passwords when supplied, proxies and their credentials, account statuses, targets, datasets, messages, prompts, schedules, job results, logs, artifacts and error reasons.
The user is responsible for the right to use uploaded accounts, sessions, datasets and content. One workspace's data must not be disclosed to another workspace without a lawful basis and appropriate access.
4. Purposes of processing
Data is used for registration and sign-in, subscription access, user-selected operations, result and evidence display, support, payment records, fraud and unsafe-repeat prevention, recovery from failures, and compliance with lawful requirements.
TeleTraff does not sell personal data. Data is not used to perform Telegram actions that the user did not launch or schedule through available service functions.
5. Telegram account confidentiality
By providing a Telegram account or session asset, the user voluntarily gives the technical access needed for the selected operation and accepts the risk of restrictions or loss of access imposed by Telegram.
TeleTraff restricts access by role and workspace and masks secrets on operator surfaces. Additional safeguards supported by the current implementation apply to particular asset categories. No cloud service can promise absolute security.
7. AI and external providers
When the user enables text generation, the selected AI provider receives instructions and context needed for that generation. Session files, authorization keys, passwords and proxy secrets must not be placed in prompts.
Hosting, message-delivery, monitoring, payment and AI providers may process data required for their function. Only data needed for that function, support, security or legal compliance is shared.
8. Security and retention
TeleTraff uses HTTPS, access controls, workspace isolation, secret masking, audit events and backups, as well as encryption where it is implemented for the relevant data category. These measures reduce risk, but they do not mean that every stored secret is encrypted and do not provide an absolute security guarantee.
Data is retained as long as needed for active access, jobs, result evidence, support, security and lawful requirements. Periods for particular Telegram assets and temporary files are described in the Data, Export and Deletion policy.
9. Access, export and deletion
A user may request information about their data, correction, available export or deletion through @telegainCS. TeleTraff may verify the requester's identity and authority before acting to protect the account.
Deletion may make accounts, jobs and artifacts unavailable. Minimal audit, payment, security and dispute records may be retained longer when required for law, security, abuse prevention or protection of rights.
10. Changes and contact
This Policy may be updated when the product, providers, law or security measures change. A new version applies from the date shown on the page. The only public contact for data matters is @telegainCS.
