- TeleTraff provides a software platform under the TeleTraff brand; the user selects and launches account, target and content actions.
- The user accepts Telegram-related risks and is responsible for the legality of datasets, messages, reports, accounts and other actions.
- The service does not promise a particular outcome; liability limits and the laws of Ukraine apply.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms govern the website, panel, API and related functions provided under the TeleTraff brand. By registering, purchasing access or continuing to use the service, the user accepts the current Terms and linked policies.
A user acting for an organization or team confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms and use the service on its behalf.
2. Registration and access
The user must provide accurate registration information, protect passwords, tokens, session assets and signed-in devices, and is responsible for activity through the account and workspace except where a breach on TeleTraff's side is established.
Access may not be shared with unauthorized persons, role or subscription boundaries may not be bypassed, and another workspace's data may not be accessed. Suspected compromise must be reported promptly to @telegainCS.
3. Acceptable use
The user selects accounts, proxies, targets, datasets, text, reports, prompts, limits and schedules and must have the rights, consents and lawful basis required for each action and data-processing activity.
Spam, fraud, phishing, deception, threats, harassment, illegal goods or services, false reports, unauthorized access, use of another person's sessions, platform-restriction evasion and collection of private data without rights are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional rules.
4. Intellectual property
The software, interface, design, documentation and TeleTraff materials belong to their lawful rights holders. The user receives a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service within the subscription and these Terms.
The user retains rights in uploaded data and content and grants TeleTraff only the permission needed to store, process and carry out operations selected by the user.
5. Subscription, payment and refunds
The price, period and available functions are shown on the pricing page or purchase confirmation. Payment may be processed by an external payment provider or a supported cryptocurrency method; third-party and network fees may be non-refundable.
Once digital access is activated, refunds are generally unavailable except where mandatory law requires otherwise, for an erroneous duplicate payment, or for confirmed prolonged complete unavailability of the paid service caused by TeleTraff. A Telegram account restriction, third-party platform change, unused subscription or campaign outcome is not by itself a refund basis.
6. Telegram and third-party services
TeleTraff is not Telegram and does not control its rules, API, restrictions, moderation or availability. Automation may lead to FloodWait, complaints, restrictions, loss of access or account bans; the user accepts these risks.
TeleTraff does not promise message delivery, account survival, continuous availability of a function or a commercial result. Actual outcomes are determined by job statuses, logs and artifacts.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TeleTraff is not responsible for user decisions, content, datasets, Telegram actions, external providers, connectivity failures, or consequences of the user's breach of law or platform rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleTraff is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, reputation, accounts, contacts or data. TeleTraff's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where mandatory law prohibits it.
8. Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, the user must reimburse documented costs and losses incurred by TeleTraff from third-party claims arising from the user's unlawful content or data, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or breach of an external platform's rules.
9. Suspension, termination and changes
TeleTraff may suspend a job, function or access in response to a security threat, abuse, overdue payment, legal requirement, attempted access to another workspace's data, or a material Terms breach. Where practicable, the user is shown the reason and an available next step.
TeleTraff may update these Terms when the service, law or risks change. Material changes are published on the site; continued use after their effective date means acceptance. Termination does not end provisions on liability, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
10. Governing law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except for mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Before filing a claim, a party must send notice through @telegainCS and allow up to 30 calendar days for resolution. An unresolved dispute is submitted to a competent court of Ukraine unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The only public contact for these Terms is @telegainCS.
